The University of Maine's Only Co-ed A Cappella Group
Our Roots
In 2011, two UMaine a cappella groups, The Mixed Nuts and Bear Vocals, came together to form Mainely Voices. Today, we remain the only co-ed group on campus and welcome students from all majors and experience levels who love to sing.
Our Goals
Though we all come from different backgrounds, we all love music, and our goal is to share it with others who love music as much as we do. Singing and making music is fun and brings people together. Anyone can do it, and we aim to show this through what we do.
